The Renaissance Seattle Hotel is an upscale and wonderful place that offers AWESOME views. Its great location makes it easy to find from the Amtrak station and it's just a short distance from the quieter part of downtown, filled with many restaurants and attractions.

The front desk ladies were smiling, friendly, most helpful and set the tone for my stay. The room was very comfortable. I will stay there again.

Poor service; few amenities; vastly overpriced

I enjoyed a spacious room equipped with a smart TV and comfy beds. the location was fantastic, with easy access to numerous restaurants, Pike Place Market, University Street rail station, and the waterfront.

It was clean, fairly reasonably priced and had a great location for sightseeing. The facilities worked well for the convention I attended and the air conditioner wasn't set at 50. The design was also very attractive.

The elevators were very slow and at one point I thought they were malfunctioning. There were a large number of people at the conference which of course slowed things down but I think that area of your business needs some maintenance.

Particularly GOOD location - minutes away from Columbia Center Skyscraper. Thoroughly enjoyed very nice area. King room with an incredible view as well as comfortable beds.

This hotel has a perfect location for dining and sports events, with exceptional service just half a kilometer from the airport, and the staff is extremely helpful, offering complimentary wake-up calls and ironing.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, which helped make up for the long elevator waits, our hotel keys not working twice, and the indoor pool and hot tub being closed for renovations. The food was divine and our room service was exceptionally excellent.

It was a nice hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, the food at the Madison Restaurant was fantastic.

The cost of parking.

The room we stayed in was quite roomy and bright, featuring two comfortable queen beds and a nice shower along with a well-equipped bathroom.

The ambiance, location, decor, food, and staff at the Renaissance made our stay memorable, The cucumber martini in the lobby lounge is to die for. My husband lost an item out of the pocket of his raincoat (maybe due to the cucumber martini) and the staff found it and promptly returned it to us by mail. We're looking forward to our next visit.

No free wi-fi in room.

It was a nice stay for 3 nights. the hotel is in an incredible location, conveniently close to the waterfront, downtown, and riverfront attractions, plus the monorail to the Space Needle, the Chihuly Glass Exhibit. the room offered a peaceful atmosphere, and we appreciated having an electric kettle and fridge.

This hotel features beautiful architecture, and the rooms are spotless and modern with a great shower.

Huge neat room with good shower. A work desk, coffee/tea making facilities, and multi-channel television — very useful. Terrific service from the efficient, outstandingly accommodating staff members. Excellent incredible location, on the hill.
